Here's a guide to understanding the heat sheet:
Heat sheets are the electronic listing displayed during a meet that tells swimmers what events they will compete in and what lane they are assigned to (typically assigned based on seed times, with the fastest swimmers in the center of the pool). It's often helpful to write down what heat and lane your swimmer is swimming on their arm in sharpie to help ensure they do not miss their race
